Our pharmacists are always available to answer your medication and healthcare questions whether in the store for a consultation or over the phone. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare part D and are fully accredited by ABCOPP to sell and rent Durable Medical Equipment. While your co-pay is exactly the same as at any chain-store pharmacy, we pride ourselves in offering attentiveness and courteous service only available at an independent pharmacy.

We offer free delivery to our local customers seven days a week. Our store provides fax and copy services with assistance from our friendly staff. Matthew J. Parisi
Manager / Owner
As a child Matthew grew up in the pharmacy world, learning the ropes from his father who operates three prominent pharmacies in New Jersey. Following in his footsteps, Matthew went on to study business at Western New England College and has taken his skills into the pharmacy field. With a specialty in Durable Medical Equipment and Business Management, Matthew operates Little Silver Family Pharmacy with the same family-oriented principles he learned growing up. Matthew carries these traits beyond Little Silver Family Pharmacy and into the local communities as a member of the Little Silver Business & Professional Association, helping with donations and local events.
Registered Pharmacist, Pharmacist-in-Charge
A graduate from the Rutgers College of Pharmacy, Ross has practiced at Little Silver Family Pharmacy since 1999. As Pharmacist-in-Charge, he oversees pharmacy operations as well as the store’s staff, setting an example of hard work and high spirit. Not only does Ross know all his patients by name but they know him too, embodying Little Silver Family Pharmacy’s mission to build relationships within the local community. Ross continues to give back to Rutgers and the health field by partaking in the Rutgers internship program, training new pharmacy students each year and helping them learn the importance of personal care and attentive service.

At the early age of 16, Alison began working in customer service for Little Silver Family Pharmacy. Like Little Silver’s pharmacists before her, Alison continued the tradition by graduating from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers. Alison also completed the Doctor of Pharmacy program at Rutgers and carries her advanced health care studies and pharmacy practices to Little Silver. As a local resident and community member, Alison helps patients by going the extra mile with a lively energy and zeal that catches on with everyone around her.
With over 20 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Mariza brings a wealth of knowledge to the Little Silver Family Pharmacy staff. Her high level of expertise in handling insurance companies not only helps patients save on prescription costs but also gets their medicine ready without delay. As a Spanish speaker, Mariza helps explain insurance issues and prescription instructions to the community’s Spanish population. Mariza always carries a smile into the store and a funny story to tell.
Joe San Diego
Medical Equipment Specialist
Joe handles the pharmacy’s medical equipment, helping patients find everything from the right walker or lift chair to wrist braces and abdominal belts. Always making the extra effort, Joe tracks down specialty products for patients, trains customers on the proper use of medical equipment and repairs products in need of service. Joe graduated from Kean University where he studied graphic design and has an amazing talent for drawing.
For over 9 years, Dave has helped carry out the store’s daily operations. Manning the front of the store, Dave has handed out a wealth of lottery winnings and continues to make Little Silver Family Pharmacy the luckiest store in the state. Dave is also a photographer with a striking eye and passion for nature, showcasing a portfolio of imagery from the Monmouth County Parks. Dave’s photographs are also featured across the Family Pharmacy website.
Pat began working at Little Silver Family Pharmacy while attending the Academy of Allied Health and Sciences. A hard and dedicated worker, Pat helps manage the floor during the week, organizing the store and helping customers with special orders. Each December, Pat also plays a very jolly role on Santa day. With a vigorous passion for politics, Pat supports both his local and national communities. He currently serves on the Red Bank Regional High School Board of Education.
Kathy is the newest member of the Family Pharmacy staff. Originally hailing from Oklahoma, Kathy has lived in the Monmouth area for over 27 years. Kathy previously worked at Red Bank Professional Pharmacy for 16 years before the store was closed. Now Kathy brings her experience and commitment to helping her patients in Little Silver.
Zoë has been with Little Silver Family Pharmacy since 2008. She is currently a student at Monmouth University in the School of Social Work and also studies music performance as a cello player. Zoë is passionate in helping her pharmacy patients as well as her local and global community. In 2013 she helped organize a volunteer trip with Cross Cultural Solutions to Cape Town, South Africa to help in treatment centers for children.
Bob worked for United Airlines for 37 years before retiring in 2003. Bob has lived in the local community for more than 60 years and proudly supports his community. Now with Little Silver, Bob helps by delivering medicine to our local patients.
